Steps to delete your data
- Select Email data deletion request above, or email contact@gigabite.games with the subject Fishing Tycoon data deletion request.
- List the categories you want deleted: cloud-save and gameplay progress, analytics data, crash-report data, or another category. You may request some or all of them.
- Include your username and Player ID, if available. Send the request from the email address on your account when the data is account-linked.
- We will verify the request, delete the identified data within 30 days, and email you when the request is complete. Your account will remain open unless you separately request account deletion.
Data you can ask us to delete
- Cloud-save data: progress, inventory, currency balances, unlocked locations, tasks, achievements, and settings
- Analytics data: consent-based gameplay and technical events that we can associate with your account or Player ID
- Crash-report data: consent-based diagnostics that we can associate with your account or Player ID
- Other account-linked data: describe the specific information you want removed in your request
Data that will be kept
Your account profile and authentication credentials remain active unless you ask us to delete them. Any category you do not identify in your request will also remain subject to our normal retention periods: analytics data for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days.
We may retain limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal-compliance records when required by law or needed to protect our services. These records are kept only for the period required by the applicable legal or compliance purpose. Purchase history held by Google Play is controlled by Google under its own policies.
Data stored only on your device
Guest save data never reaches Gigabite Games, so we cannot remove it remotely. Clear Fishing Tycoon's app storage or uninstall the Game to delete local guest progress. Turning off Analytics or Crash Reports in the Game's settings stops future collection; use the request above to ask us to delete data already collected.
