Steps to delete your account
- Select Email account deletion request above, or email contact@gigabite.games with the subject Fishing Tycoon account deletion request.
- Send the message from the email address on your Fishing Tycoon account. Include your username and, if available, the Player ID shown in the Game's settings.
- We will verify the request using your account information. If more information is needed, we will reply with the minimum additional steps required to confirm ownership.
- We will delete the account and associated data within 30 days after verification and email you when the request is complete.
Data that will be deleted
- Account profile information, including username, email address, and first and last name
- Authentication credentials associated with the account
- Cloud-save data, including progress, inventory, currency balances, unlocked locations, tasks, achievements, and settings
- Analytics and crash-report data that we can identify as belonging to your account or Player ID
Data that may be kept
We may retain limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal-compliance records when required by law or needed to protect our services. These records are kept only for the period required by the applicable legal or compliance purpose and are not used to keep your Fishing Tycoon account active. Purchase history held by Google Play is controlled by Google under its own policies.
Guest players
If you play without an account, your game progress is stored only on your device and Gigabite Games cannot delete it remotely. Clear Fishing Tycoon's app storage or uninstall the Game to remove that local save. If you opted into analytics or crash reporting and want that data deleted, use our data deletion request page.
